What’s Included
At Sentiré Pilates Academy, we believe great Pilates education is about quality, not quantity. Our programmes are delivered by experienced tutors in a professional studio environment, with small-group training designed to give every student meaningful guidance, hands-on support and detailed feedback.
You will receive dedicated training hours, ongoing mentorship and access to real studio experience, allowing you to develop not only your technical knowledge, but also the confidence to observe, adapt and teach with intention.
The programme runs to over 550 hours of material and practice, and every student receives 1,000 points, worth £1,000, to spend on Reformer classes, Circuit sessions and private tuition at Sentiré Pilates. Graduates who reach the standard we teach are invited to interview to teach with us.
We are not focused on certifying instructors in mass. We focus on developing skilled, thoughtful practitioners who understand the individual in front of them.
Programme Structure
Carefully designed modules take you from the foundations of anatomy and movement to running your own classes with confidence.
Final Certification
After completing all modules, you will sit a written exam and a practical teaching assessment. Successful graduates receive the Sentiré Pilates Academy Instructor Certification.
